	Phil Easter, Non Executive Chairman Former Managing Director of Aviva Group Finance, and Norwich Union Finance Director. Philip spent 35 years in a variety of senior positions with Aviva, his final role being Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the newly formed Aviva US, head-quartered in Chicago, where he led the integration of the newly acquired AmerUs into the Aviva Group following its £3.5billion acquisition.
	Peter White, Non Executive Director A senior marketer with a number of roles in blue chip business such as Aviva and Olivetti, Peter was also CEO of Creative Direct, a consumer marketing consultancy with major clients in healthcare, chemicals and medical devices, and founder of YTKO, the European economic and enterprise development company.
	Gary Steward, Non Executive Director Gary was a founding director of the Alan Boswell Group, one of East Anglia’s largest Independent Insurance Brokerages. A fully-qualified IFA, Gary was responsible for building the Financial Services area of the business and in doing so created a large network of business contacts within the insurance industry. After 20 years service, Gary left to pursue other opportunities including his association with Validus-IVC Ltd as a non executive director and member of the remuneration committee. Gary's experience in the financial services sector has enabled Validus to formulate a comprehensive and valuable employee benefits package for its permanent staff.
	John Chambers, Non Executive Director John is a solicitor and the principal of Chambers and Co, a niche commercial law practice specialising in franchising and licensing which he started after working at two of the so-called Silver Circle firms. He read law at University College London; is consistently rated as a “leader in his field” in Legal 500, Chambers, and other legal directories; and is a regular speaker on international and domestic franchising. In addition to his legal experience, he has spent several years working in industry, both in the City of London for Mitsui and in the Middle East for Turner and Newall. This industrial experience has enticed him to being an investor in and mentor to several small businesses.
