AskLudo™ repeatedly cross-checks its database to identify any new overlap. If a match materialises, the Subscriber is notified via email.

AskLudo™ subscribers can email bulk quantities of historic claims to Validus, or submit data via the web. Subscribers can also check and add single claims through the www.askludo.com website.  AskLudo™ will cross-check the database instantly and give immediate feedback.

When AskLudo™ finds a potential match Validus reports back to the subscriber, including details of the other subscriber involved in the case and all claim references and contact details. This enables both parties to collaborate closely and further investigate the claim. If a match is revealed where two claims have been made against the same subscriber, the report is automatically provided free of charge.

An on-line ‘one click’ appeal function also ensures that fees can be refunded in the event the claim is proven genuine after investigation by the parties concerned.
