These innovations have improved communication and the transparency of the claims process – the lack of which has been partly responsible for past tensions between credit hire operators and insurers.
These online tools allow Validus’ clients to view in real-time the progress of credit hire and repair claims all the way through the analysis and settlement process from initial qualification to final closure. Each party is able to search using their own reference numbers or client names and receive an instant update on the status of any of their credit hire claims on the Validus system.
The Validus Principal Dashboard is the first of its kind in the credit hire industry and is immensely useful to both sides making the claim process transparent and easier to manage.
