The complexity of the motor claims process has greatly increased; the number of different players involved from the first notification of loss (FNOL) to settlement adds considerably to cost and time.  In particular, the credit hire business has long proved a thorn in the side of insurers grappling with the ever rising cost of claims.

We act as a go between to ensure credit hire and repair claims are processed efficiently, avoiding fraud and disputes.  In doing so, we cut both cost and time, insurance premiums stay under control, and the policyholder gets back on the road as soon as possible.
