It lets subscribers cross-check each claim against all other claims in the database, to identify a hire period where the hire vehicle may have been submitted simultaneously as part of another credit hire claim. AskLudo™ cross-checks its database 24/7 to identify any new overlaps. If a match materialises, the user is notified via email.

AskLudo™ subscribers can email bulk quantities of historic claims to us, or submit data automatically from their existing system securely via the web. Subscribers can also check and add single claims through the website. AskLudo™ will cross-check the database instantly and give immediate feedback.

When AskLudo™ finds a potential match, we report back with details of the other subscriber involved in the case and all claim references and contact details. This enables both parties to collaborate and investigate the claim together.
