Our fully managed Liability Resolution service provides a critical analysis of accident circumstances and delivers a rationale-based liability judgement that references case law where appropriate. Our service can be used at any point in the process, but is most effective at the First Notification of Loss (FNoL).

Our systems integrate with online maps to pinpoint the accident location and view road layouts and traffic flow. All other relevant data from the claim is extracted and systematically analysed to identify the most likely outcome.
