RateMiner™
Finds precise rates from local and national hire companies to provide accurate rate evidence for different vehicle types available from key locations on specific dates.
LiabilityResolver™
Provides a critical analysis of accident circumstances to deliver a rationale-based liability judgement indicating relevant case law where appropriate. LiabilityResolver™ integrates with online maps to enable you to pinpoint the accident location and view road layouts and traffic flow.
RealCapture™
RealCapture™ is innovative technology enabling drivers to stream real-time or recorded video from a smartphone directly to your desktop including date, time and GPS information. This provides a valuable record of damage, accident circumstances, witnesses and other relevant information.
Credit Hire eLearning
We’re developing a comprehensive suite of credit hire eLearning modules aimed at Handlers, Team Leaders and Claims Managers. Designed to cover all aspects of credit hire including the GTA and Common Law, the courseware will be modular, accredited and of the highest quality. Your staff can access it online to train at a time convenient for the business and without the need to travel. The training material will be regularly updated and Learner comprehension will be measured.
Outsourcing
Claim Investigation
If you suspect something could be fraudulent in a claim, we can investigate and uncover the truth. If you’re using one of our other outsourcing products, fraud investigation can be added, so that if we notice a possible fraud it passes straight to our investigation team.
Legal Defence
When claims can’t be settled, we will soon be able to take notification of proceedings and act on your behalf, usually for a fixed fee. This seamless service will offer the advantage of having representation that is familiar with the case and the pertinent points of fact for pre-litigation arguments.
